ALL STAR Paperwork

I will be at the fields tonight starting at 6:30 to obtain signatures from parents for birth certificates and medical releases of TBall & Coach Pitch parents ONLY. The credentials meeting is this Saturday for these teams so it is imperative that we get the forms completed for them to take with them to the meeting. Coaches ....don't forget you need a 5x7 of the team with all names listed on the back in order to put in my folder.
